Australian Property Market Continues to raise even in April 2023 following the positive month on month price growth that we saw in March 2023.

Below graph shows rolling 3 months dwelling prices in major Australian Capital cities as of April 2023. We can clearly see that the dwelling prices are raising in most of the capital cities.

Below graph shows the month on month and year on year price growth for residential property market (Only Houses) as of April 2023. If we look at the month on month price growth, we can see that except Darwin and Canberra, all other capital cities have recorded positive month on month price growth.

Below graph shows the median prices of houses in capital cities as of April 2023.
